Description

Tri-Art High Viscosity Acrylic Paint 60ml - C.P. Cadmium Yellow Deep from Canadian Tri-Art. High Viscosity is a professional acrylic paint with a high pigment concentration, finely ground pigments and a binder based on 100% acrylic polymer.

The paint has a thick, buttery consistency that allows brushstrokes and textures from a palette knife to retain their shape. It is suitable for both traditional acrylic painting and impasto techniques with thicker layers of paint. The colors can be mixed together, thinned with water or combined with various acrylic mediums.

C.P. Cadmium Yellow Deep is a deep, warm yellow color with a distinct lean towards orange. The paint contains the pigment PY35 (cadmium sulfide), a genuine cadmium pigment that provides an intense color with high opacity. The color is slightly muted and significantly warmer than C.P. Cadmium Yellow Light. It has medium-high color strength and is suitable for both painting directly from the tube and for mixing warm orange and yellow shades. Unlike cadmium yellow Hue variants, the paint contains genuine cadmium pigment. C.P. Cadmium Yellow Deep has excellent lightfastness and develops a semi-gloss finish after drying.

Made in Canada.
