Series - Acrylograph

Acrylograph - full coverage acrylic pens that work great with layer upon layer and on colored paper

Acrylograph is a series of acrylic pens from Archer & Olive . They are designed for creative crafting in Bullet Journals , but work equally well in other creative projects where you want pens that cover well.

What distinguishes Acrylograph:

  • Beautiful color combinations - New sets are released regularly, often linked to the seasonal color theme. Extremely beautiful color combinations!

  • No ghosting - Ghosting is when the pen's writing shows through on the other side of the paper. These have acrylic paint so the pen's color is layered on the paper. Of course, it also depends on what paper you have in your notebook. If everything always shows through because the paper is so thin, then these will do it too.

  • Works on colored paper - As mentioned, it is an acrylic pen, ink is deposited on the paper as a layer. However, the shade of the pen's color may vary slightly depending on the color of the substrate.

  • Can be painted layer upon layer - Perfect doodle pens that you can use to draw beautiful flowers, leaves, make headings, etc. Just let it dry between layers.

A few tips along the way

About Series - Acrylograph

What is the difference between the pen types from Archer & Olive? Acrylograph are fiber tip pens with narrow tips and the ink is acrylic, it lays down like a film on the paper. Gives full coverage color without ghosting and works on colored paper. Good for details, coloring and text.

Their other pen type Calligraph are water-based brush pens with double tips, a large and a small brush tip. Good for brush lettering, overlining and coloring. This ink does not lay down like a film on the paper and is not completely opaque in the same way. However, it comes in exactly the same nice color series as Acrylograph.
