Lumos

Lumos from Tom's Studio are pens that truly stand out. Initially, they are genuinely beautiful, but with the twist that they are both refillable and have interchangeable nibs.

You refill them with bottled ink (not glitter ink) and can change colors by replacing the Spare Ink Reservoirs, which are purchased separately. There are several different nibs to choose from for writing, sketching, and lettering.
Two different pen models: the duo has double nibs, and the single has one nib.
