Shipping and Delivery
We offer the following delivery methods:
Sweden: PostNord first class letter service 49 SEK regardless of order size or weight for deliveries within Sweden. Free shipping on orders over 700 SEK. The shipment is delivered directly to your mailbox or door. If it does not fit in the mailbox, it will be left in a bag on the door. In some cases, it may instead be delivered to a nearby PostNord service point. Normal delivery time is 1 to 3 business days depending on where you live. Notification is sent by SMS. Orders must be received before 2:00 pm on weekdays to be shipped the same day. Bulky parcels and shipments over 2 kg are delivered with DHL to a service point.
DHL Servicepoint: 59 SEK regardless of order size or weight for deliveries within Sweden. Free shipping on orders over 800 SEK. The shipment is delivered to the nearest service point. Orders must be received before 11:00 am on weekdays to be shipped the same day.
Other EU countries
Due to our ongoing work to comply with the new PPWR requirements, the processing time for orders to some EU countries may temporarily be slightly longer than usual. We are currently NOT shipping to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, or Spain. We are working to meet the new requirements and will gradually resume shipping to these countries.
Zone 1. 9.95 EUR. Free shipping over 100 EUR. Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Austria.
Zone 2. 14.95 EUR. Free shipping over 130 EUR. Bulgaria, Cyprus, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary.
Delivery information
We have our own warehouse and stock levels are shown on the site. We pack orders daily on weekdays and aim to ship all incoming orders as quickly as possible.
If you choose PostNord as the delivery method, we have a weekday pickup at 3:00 pm. Your order should be placed before 2:00 pm to ensure same day shipping. If your parcel weighs more than 2 kg, we cannot ship it with PostNord letter service. It must be shipped with DHL, which has a weekday pickup at 12:00 pm.
We are a small but dedicated company. We pack quickly, use as little empty space as possible, and still make sure everything is well protected and carefully packaged. We never ship with stamps.
Delivery of ordered goods normally takes place within 1 to 5 business days. In case of any delivery delays, we will contact you as soon as possible. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to complete your order. There may be occasions when it is not possible to fulfill the order, for example if an item is out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you directly by phone or email.
We reserve the right to disclaim any compensation to the customer related to delivery delays.
Uncollected Packages
Packages that are not collected within the time specified by the carrier will be returned to us. To cover our costs for the return shipping, we charge a handling fee:
- 150 SEK for deliveries within Sweden
- 250 SEK for deliveries to other countries
The fee will be deducted from the refund amount. We therefore recommend that you collect your package on time.
Returns
Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed the wrong item. Returns must be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. For exchanges, we charge the new shipping cost from us to you.
Right of withdrawal and distance selling
We comply with the Distance Contracts Act, which means you have the right to return ordered goods without stating a reason. We offer 30 days of open purchase. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 30 days from the date you received your order, or the main part of it.
The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition, and in its original packaging. If you have handled the item more than necessary to determine its characteristics or function and this has resulted in a decrease in value, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value from the refund. Any reduction in value is assessed on a case by case basis.

Refunds
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible, and no later than within 30 days from the day we received the returned item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
