KOKUYO - delightful, thin Japanese paper

We are proud retailers of KOKUYO, a Japanese company founded as early as 1905. 26-year-old Zentaro Kuroda manufactured covers for traditional Japanese accounting books. The name KOKUYO comes from the kanji characters for "country" and "pride" and was originally a product name. However, in 1961, the company officially changed its name to KOKUYO Co., Ltd.

Today, with over 120 years of history, KOKUYO is known for its Japanese quality. We have chosen to stock KOKUYO's spiral notebooks and sketchbooks for the thin, silky Japanese paper that handles pens incredibly well.
