Gansai Tambi are watercolors that really stand out from Kuretake. The colored cookies have a much creamier feel than traditional hard cookies. And therefore you get two colors at once, can be used as gouache and watercolor. It all depends on how much water you add! A little water and it will be completely covered like gouache and a lot of water and it will be like watercolor paint.

About Gansai Tambi

This is hand made paint which are water based pigment paints from Japan and sometimes the cakes may look a bit rough but it does not affect the quality. These are air bubbles that have arisen during manufacturing.

In our department for Paint and draw you can find water tank brushes and watercolor paper.
