Lefranc Bourgeois

Lefranc Bourgeois was founded in 1720 in Paris. It all started when the pharmacist Charles Laclef began manufacturing pigments when he met the painter Jean-Siméon Chardin. Over the years, Lefranc Bourgeois has had many close collaborations with famous artists, from Chardin and Millet to Matisse and Braque. The work has continued to develop new colors and technologies.
