Payment and Prices
All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price for your order is summarized at checkout, including any shipping, payment fees, and VAT.

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Klarna Checkout: Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible, and secure for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you can easily identify yourself and choose the payment method that suits you best. One advantage of Klarna Checkout is that we separate the purchase and payment. First, you confirm your purchase, and then you choose how you want to pay. You can pay via Klarna invoice or Klarna account, or with card or bank transfer. All methods are equally secure. Payment terms are also stated in the checkout under each payment option.

Promotions & Discount Codes
Discount codes are always based on regular prices if an additional discount is applied. The lowest price is the one that will appear in the checkout. Discount codes cannot be combined with volume discounts; the lowest price will be applied in the checkout.

Deliveries and Returns
We offer the following delivery methods:

Sweden:

  • PostNord First Class Parcel – 49 SEK (regardless of order volume or weight) for deliveries within Sweden. Free shipping over 700 SEK. The parcel is delivered directly to your mailbox/door (if it does not fit in the mailbox, it will be placed in a bag on the door). However, it may sometimes be delivered to a nearby PostNord agent instead. Normal delivery time is 1-3 business days, depending on where you live in the country. The notification will be sent via SMS. Orders must be received by 14:00 on weekdays to be shipped the same day. Large packages over 2 kg will be delivered by DHL to a pickup point.

  • DHL Servicepoint – 59 SEK (regardless of order volume or weight) for deliveries within Sweden. Free shipping over 800 SEK. The parcel is delivered to the nearest agent.

Other EU Countries: DHL to a pickup point. Zone 1 = €9.95 Zone 2 = €14.95

Other Delivery Information:
We have our own warehouse, and stock quantities are displayed on the page. We pack daily on weekdays and ensure that all incoming orders are shipped as quickly as possible. If you choose PostNord for delivery, we have a pickup at 15:00 on weekdays. Orders must be received by 14:00 to ensure same-day shipping. If your package weighs more than 2 kg, we cannot send it with PostNord First Class Parcel, and it must be sent with DHL, which has a pickup at 12:00 on weekdays.

We are a small but efficient company, fast with packaging, packing with as little air as possible while ensuring the package is well-protected and secure. We never ship with stamps.

Orders are normally delivered within 1-5 business days. In case of any delivery delays, we will contact you as soon as possible. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be situations that make it impossible to fulfill the order, such as if the item is out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you directly via phone or email. We reserve the right to disclaim any compensation to the customer for delivery delays.

Returns
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we packed the wrong item. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery. For exchanges, we will cover the new shipping costs from us to you.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal
We follow the Distance Selling Act, which means you have the right to return ordered goods without providing a reason. You can cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days from the date you received your order (or a larger part of it).

The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition, and in its original box. If you, as the customer, have handled the item to a greater extent than necessary to determine its properties or function, and this has caused the returned item to lose value, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's depreciation from the amount to be refunded. Depreciation is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you paid for the item as soon as possible, or no later than 30 days from the day we received the item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs when sending the item back.
