ZIG Kuretake

We are proud dealers in Sweden of the pencils and paints from ZIG Kuretake. In 1902, the company was founded in Japan by Narakichi Watatani and he was a craftsman who made Sumi ink. Now, for over 120 years, the company has produced quality products such as their fantastic watercolor paints.

An anecdote in this context is that the name ZIG came into being during the 70s, which is their trademark on the pens. The inspiration for that brand comes from the zigzag, which is about the movement when writing.
