Shipping & Deliveries
We offer the following delivery methods:
Sweden: Postnord 1st class goods letter – 49 SEK (regardless of the volume or weight of the order) for deliveries within Sweden. Free shipping over 700 SEK . The shipment must be delivered directly to the mailbox/door (if it does not go into the mailbox, it is a bag on the door). Sometimes, however, it can instead be delivered to a nearby Postnord agent. Normal delivery time 1-3 weekdays depending on where in the country you live . Notification is sent by text message. Orders must be received before 2:00 PM on weekdays in order to be shipped the same day. Bulky packages and over 2 kg are delivered with DHL to the delivery point.
Dhl Servicepoint – 59 SEK (regardless of the order volume or weight) for deliveries within Sweden. Free shipping over 800 SEK. The shipment is delivered to the nearest representative. Orders must be received before 11:00 on weekdays to be shipped the same day.
Europe with DHL

Other matters concerning deliveries
We have our own warehouse and stock levels are listed on the page. We pack daily on weekdays and ensure that all incoming orders are dispatched as quickly as possible.
If you choose Postnord as your delivery method:
We have pick-up at 3:00 PM on weekdays. The order should be received before 2:00 PM to ensure that we have time to ship. If your package weighs more than 2 kg, we cannot ship with Postnord Varubrev. Packages must be shipped with DHL, which in turn has pick-up at 12:00 PM on weekdays.
We are a small but very good company, fast in the package, pack with as little air as possible but at the same time very protected and well packaged. We never send with stamps.
Delivery of ordered goods is normally within 1-5 working days. In the event of any delivery delays, we will contact you about this as soon as possible. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example if the item is missing from our warehouse. In that case, we will contact you directly by phone or email.
We reserve the right to exempt ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
Returns
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Should be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. In the case of exchanges, we will pay the new shipping from us to you.
Distance Selling Act – 14-day open purchase
We comply with the Distance Contracts Act and therefore you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You can cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or a major part of it).
The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original box. If you as a customer have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the item being returned being of lesser value. Then we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's decrease in value from the amount to be refunded. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs when you return the item.
