Dotted - a favorite among many
A particular favorite among our customers is dotted notebooks, notebooks with dotted pages instead of lines or grids. This gives you the freedom to combine structure and creativity: perfect for those who enjoy sketching, doodling, or using the Bullet Journal method.
Quality - high standards at Tidformera
We place high demands on the notebooks in our range. Regardless of the type you choose, it should withstand use, whether in your bag, on your desk, or while traveling.
System with refills
Some of our brands offer refill systems, such as TRAVELER’S notebooks, Storage.it and Atoma.
Tips - How to choose the right notebook
- Size:
Do you want something that fits in your pocket or a substantial book for your desk? Filter by size – A6 is small and the largest is A4. The most common size to use is A5. For intermediate sizes, look at sizes with B. For example: B5 is slightly larger than A5 and smaller than A4. - Paper type:
- Lined is suitable for traditional continuous notes.
- Dotted is perfect for Bullet Journaling, sketches, and free planning.
- Grid provides clear structure.
- Blank provides maximum freedom. - Paper thickness (GSM):
- Thicker paper (160 GSM) can handle a lot of crafting with colors, gluing, and pens that generally cause ghosting.
- Thinner paper (e.g. 80-100 GSM) is lighter and more convenient in your bag.
- Our Japanese brands often have very thin paper without specified GSM and are incredibly popular. Take a special look at Midori, Stálogy and TomoeRiver. - Cover & binding:
Hardcovers provide better protection, while soft covers are more flexible. Spiral-bound notebooks can be folded completely open. We especially recommend Rhodia's spiral-bound notebooks with fantastic paper. Atoma has movable pages. Traveler´s Notebooks are perfect if you like refill systems and want to build your own notebook.
