There is a long experience in manufacturing office products. As early as 1934, the company started in France and the first Rhodia pad was made in Lyon, on the Rhone river. People who are born in that region are called Rhodaniens and based on that the name of the brand comes from. Two brothers started the company and if you look at the logo you will see two trees and these represent the brothers. The logo was drawn at the kitchen table by Marie-Antonia, who was the wife of one of the brothers. In 1997, the company was bought by Clairefontaine, but relatives still work in the company today. Something that characterizes Rhodia is the color orange, which is usually found in books, pencil cases, elastic bands, etc. and it is the color that has existed since the beginning in 1934.
