How the color behaves
The creamy consistency means the paint leaves visible brushstrokes and texture, but it can also be thinned for smooth coats. You can paint both thickly and thinly without the paint cracking. The finish is smooth and satin-like, neither glossy nor matte.

Use and substrate
Amsterdam acrylic paint adheres well to many surfaces. Canvas, cardboard, paper, wood and gesso-primed surfaces. It is odorless, water-based and quick-drying, perfect for both studio and home use.

Usage tips
