" Very nice goods that arrive within a day or so, well packaged and with a small gift (a good quality pen). The only downside is that the free shipping option (when you have purchased over 600 SEK, so it is quite a high amount to reach) means that Postnord leaves the package outside your door - even though Tidformera has written on the package that I, as a customer, want to pick it up at a post office instead. Postnord doesn't care about that and does as they please."

" Have bought from them several times over the years and it has always worked great. The delivery is very fast and it is nice that the package ends up in the mailbox instead of at a representative. I also think it feels nicer that they wrap the products in "thin paper" (don't know what it is called) as it feels a little more luxurious. Also nice that they send a handwritten note + a free pen (from what I remember this has happened every time I have bought from them), which I think is a bit fun to try out a pen that I would never have chosen myself. A fun surprise. This is the first company I would turn to to buy notebooks and pens, of course the price is perhaps a little more expensive than other places but I think it is worth it."
